Our inspections go beyond a simple check-up. We assess the general condition of your property, prioritize security measures, and look for any potential issues. This includes testing locks and, upon request, inspecting your alarm system.

Your blinds and sunshades are regularly inspected to guarantee their optimal performance.
Water & Elektricity
Preventative maintenance to detect potential water damage and electrical issues. This involves a visual inspection for leaks and ensuring proper lighting operation.
Sanitairy flushing
To prevent the growth of Legionella bacteria, all sanitary fixtures such as sinks, basins, outdoor taps and toilets are flushed regularly.
Ventilation
For optimal indoor air quality, we will thoroughly ventilate the property by opening all windows and doors during our inspection.

All mail will be collected from the mailbox and gathered inside the house.

We can ensure that your indoor and outdoor plants receive adequate watering during our visits.
Pool
As part of our service, we will conduct a visual inspection of the pool and can activate the filter system if required. An additional pool cleaning service can be provided prior to your arrival. .
Pests
If we discover any pests during our visit, we will notify you immediately. In case of a serious infestation, we can provide a professional pest control service at your request.
Cleaning
Of course, we can also arrange for your property to be cleaned before or after your stay, including window cleaning.
